Party Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a birthday party, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, plus the Xpressions Gymnastics general Terms & Conditions: 
1) A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the birthday party booking. 
2) The remaining balance is due by theWednesday prior to the party.
3) Guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event and no further changes can be made in the week leading up to the event.
4) The $150 deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled.
5) No refunds will be given for children who do not show up on the day.
6) The maximum number of guests allowed is 30 aged five plus or 20 if aged under 5.
7) Each confirmed child aged 5+ receives a 1-hour Free-Play session.
8) Any parent that wishes to participate will need to purchase a separate ticket.
9) Each confirmed child under the age of 5 receives a 1-hour Free-Play session with a supervising care giver aged over 18 included.
10) One caregiver can supervise a maximum of 2 pre-school aged children.
11) If any extra caregivers wish to participate, they must purchase a separate ticket.
12) The party organiser will inform all guests that Free-Play at Xpressions involves potentially hazardous activities and that exercise involves the risk of injury. Xpressions Gymnastics staff will take steps to reduce the risks and increase the safety of all athletic activities and acknowledge that despite these precautions, there are still risks involved. 
13) The party organiser will inform all guests that as attendees they are voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and facilities with the knowledge of the dangers involved.
14) The party organiser is responsible for all of guests attending the party and will make them aware of the Safety Rules and Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.
15) Where guests fail to comply, the party organiser understands that guests may be removed from the Free-Play session.
16) The party organiser agrees to declare any conditions, impairments, diseases or illnesses that guests may have that would prevent them from participating.
17) The party organiser acknowledges that neither Xpressions Gymnastics nor its coaches will be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities and waives all and any claims whatsoever against Xpressions Gymnastics and its coaches in this respect.
18) The pary organiser confirms that guests will read and abide by the rules and regulations of Xpressions Gymnastics.
19) The party organiser will ensure guests inform a Xpressions Gymnastics staff member immediately should they feel pain, discomfort, nausea or other symptoms that may affect their participation in the session.

To secure the booking, please pay the $150 deposit either by paying at the Hobsonville location or through internet banking using the following information:
