What’s included in an Xpressions birthday party?

Each party includes:
‍1-hour Free-Play session for 10 children (including the birthday child)
‍45 minutes in the party room after Free-Play
A birthday party coach to run the session and help guide the group
‍Party room access up to 30 minutes before the kids finish in the gym (so you can set up)
An Xpressions surprise birthday gift

How much does a party cost and how many children are included?

Currently, our gymnastics birthday party package is $369 for up to 10 children, then $21 per extra child.

Do you provide food and decorations?

Parties are self-catered - you bring your own food and you’re welcome to decorate. You provide the food, we provide the entertainment!

Do I need to book in advance, or can we just show up?

Currently, there are two party slots each Saturday. Parties run on Saturday afternoons from 2:00pm - 3:45pm or 3:30pm – 5:15pm. Please contact us for availability on your preferred Saturday.

What are the birthday party payment and confirmation rules?

A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance is required by the Wednesday before the party date. Please note, parents and caregivers are not included in the Free-Play session for ages 5 and above. For under 5’s, a maximum of one adult is included per pre-schooler to supervise during the Free-Play session. Any extra children or adults that wish to attend the Free-Play session on the day will be charged a $21 general admission fee.

Are parents or caregivers allowed in the gym for the party free-play sessions?

No, parents and caregivers are not included in the birthday party Free-Play session for children aged 5 and above. For under 5’s, a maximum of one adult is included per pre-schooler to supervise during the Free-Play session. Any extra children or adults that wish to attend the Free-Play session on the day will be charged a $21 general admission fee.
