These classes are all about connection between child and caregiver, body and movement, curiosity and confidence. We create a safe, joyful space where little ones can explore, play, and grow alongside someone they trust.
Each 45-minute session is built around fundamental movement patterns, swing, spring, landings, statics, rotation, and manipulative skills. These are the building blocks of physical literacy, helping children develop coordination, control, and body awareness from the very beginning.
Ages 2–3: Discover & Connect
This is where it all begins. Children are invited to explore their physical potential through playful movement, guided by their caregiver. We focus on developing basic motor skills, coordination, and social interaction- laying the foundation for confident movers.
Ages 3–4: Build & Balance
As children grow, so does their capacity for movement. With caregivers still actively involved, we introduce more challenging exercises that support balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. It’s a time of fun, where children begin to understand their bodies and what they can do.
Ages 4+: Grow & Go
Now we begin to add structure and independence. Caregivers step back, and children step forward, ready to move with more confidence and autonomy. This class bridges the gap to our Recreational Gymnastics programme, preparing children with the skills, focus, and self-assurance they need to thrive.
