These classes are all about connection between child and caregiver, body and movement, curiosity and confidence. We create a safe, joyful space where little ones can explore, play, and grow alongside someone they trust.

Blue Programme (Ages 0–4)

Our Blue Programme introduces young children to movement through play-based exploration. These nurturing classes, guided by a care-giver support early childhood development by building fundamental motor skills, balance, body awareness, and confidence in a safe, welcoming environment.

Orange Programme (Ages 4–5)

Designed for preschoolers, but now independent of the care-giver and ready for more structured learning. Our Orange Programme focuses on developing coordination, listening skills, and fundamental movement patterns, while still maintaining a playful and engaging atmosphere.
